Yes. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, plant material such as cannabis clones or seeds containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC is classified as hemp. As a result, we can ship marijuana clones to all 50 U.S. states.

In select states where we operate licensed nurseries, local delivery may be available for large orders.

We currently offer 3-clone packs, allowing customers to order smaller quantities than our previous minimum of 6 clones.

Please note:

• 3-packs must be the same strain (no mix-and-match)

• Maximum online purchase: 49 clones

• Orders of 50+ clones require direct contact to discuss bulk options

We are working to reduce minimums further in the future.

• Bulk orders: Typically 10–14 days from order placement

• During peak season or very large orders, turnaround may be slightly longer

• For smaller orders (6–49 clones):

• Orders are usually processed within 1 business day

• Shipped overnight the following day

• Orders placed on Friday–Sunday are prepared on Monday and shipped Tuesday.
