Refund & Returns Policy
At Marijuana Clones Online, we take pride in delivering healthy, high-quality living plants. Because clones and teens are live products, specific conditions apply to refunds and reshipments.
Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
If your clones or teens arrive dead or in poor health, you must contact us within 4 hours of delivery and provide clear photos with a visible timestamp (such as a clock or watch).
Once reviewed, we will either:

Ask you to transplant and follow our care guide exactly. If plants do not recover within 3–5 days, we will reship replacements, or

Reship replacements immediately if the plants are clearly beyond recovery.
Replacements are shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Wednesday).
Important Conditions

Claims made after 4 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery will not be eligible for reshipment.

Plants left unattended (e.g., porch or mailbox) are not covered, as environmental exposure can quickly cause damage.

Our transplant guide must be followed exactly to qualify for any replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if replacement strains are unavailable and cannot be restocked within 5–10 business days. Otherwise, replacements will be provided instead of refunds.
